BITZ AND PIECES LITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Bitz and Pieces Lite operates 49 weeks a year. That means for 3 weeks of the year (which may or may not be taken consecutively) there will be no new prep to download from the fmjock.com website. 2) The prep is usually posted on the website around 12 noon UK time on Friday - however, on some days this may alter (for instance Easter Friday). 3) We appreciate subscribers sending us their own ideas and material - but please do not send any "contributions" that have been copied from other sources. 4) You must not send or supply our material to anyone else. As a subscriber you are "licensed" to use our material at the station (or stations) you have named. If you supply other stations or presenters with our show prep you will be liable to pay the equivalent susbscription rate for THEM also. 5) You must give at least one month's notice when cancelling your subscription (if paying monthly). This must be via www.fmjock.com/cancel with an acknowledgement then returned to yourself. 6) Whilst subscribing to Bitz and Pieces Lite it is taken that you are using the material available. 7) We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time. We will refund any amounts remaining on your account. 8) Murf Media does not accept responsibility for any mistakes or errors, nor any legal proceedings that may arise from using the material on-air, this is entirely at the discretion of the subscriber. 9) Murf Media reserves the right to change the terms of the Bitz and Pieces Lite service at anytime. 10) Bitz and Pieces Lite is copyrighted by Murf Media. We will take legal action against anyone using our prep without permission (in print or in verbal-form). We use material from magazines, newspapers and internet sites from all over the world and credit our sources. Please credit these yourself when you use this material in your programme. 11) Bitz and Pieces Lite can only be used on radio. Television rights are available on request. 12) Some areas of the U.K. and World may be protected under MARKET EXCLUSIVE rights by one particular radio station. You are not allowed to use our material inside this area. 13) Murf Media does not accept any responsibility for any mistakes or errors, nor any legal proceedings that may arise from using Bitz and Pieces, Bitz and Pieces Lite or THE CD material/audio on-air, this is entirely at the discretion of the presenter. 14) Subscribers of Bitz and Pieces THE CD acknowledge that their subscription is a 'service' and whilst audio material may be sent on CD - this is merely a medium to supply the audio to you - and we ask you destroy the CD's after use. Subscribers are responsible for their own PRS filing. Use of the Murf PDQ area of the fmjock.com website is by the same terms. 15) Although we regularly monitor stations who are using our prep (and those that are not) we rely on our subscribers to inform us of any presenters knowingly using our material without permission. We often reward people who do so. 16) If given a password for any section of the fmjock.com site we ask you not to give this to anyone else. Subscribers who have passed on password details will be liable to pay the equivalent subscription rate for THEM also. Through IP addresses we are able to check exactly who the prep has been downloaded by and how many times. 17) Murf Media reserve the right to charge administration charges. 18) By subscribing to our services you authorize us to charge your credit/debit card on a regular payment basis (ie. annually if you pay per year, or monthly if you pay monthly). 19) E-mail and website postings in the Subscribers Only section of the fmjock.com website are deemed acceptable forms of communication between Murf Media and the subscriber.
